Meditation had existed in this world before human beings understand about the basic of molecule, atoms or energy. However, the evolution of the meditative state in human being does not develop as fast as the creation of science.

Great mystic like Lao Tzu, Chuang Tzu or even Gautama Buddha had achieved enlightenment and understand about human life before science exist. The question of what and why do they seen this world as become very mysterious. Great master do not leave great notes, great books for us to learn from because every human is special is as exotic as “a drop of water in the ocean”. The path towards trascendental is never the same for two different person.

A great master does not force you to do anything until you are ready for the wisdom of life.  Real master do not force you into meditation, not even the word meditation is said when the master feels that you are ready. If may take one, five or even ten years to really achieve deep meditation.

Deep meditation will come along when you have seen or realized that no matter how hard you try, you still find that you failed; no matter how happy you are, you understand that some part is still missing; no matter how successful you are in terms of the outer, there is something missing in the inner. You have to come to a point where you realized that you are just running in a circle going no where, not all people realized this, even if some realized this, they choose to ignore.  To get out of this circle you need to have some wisdom, it may accumulate from your previous life or you had realized this in this life with some intelligence. These people are the seeker of the truth.

But remember, all these have to come along together with great understanding of the universe of life, love and compassion.
